Keto egg roll in a bowl, also known as crack slaw, is definitely a staple for those on the low carb diet. It’s super simple to make, gluten free and sugar free. This recipe is only 5 ingredients, 6 if you can’t the oil, and takes 15-20 minutes to make.
- 1 Tbs hot chili oil
- 1 lb ground pork
- 16 oz tri color coleslaw mix
- 1 Tbs rice wine vinegar
- Salt pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. Add chili oil and saute ground pork until cooked through with no pink remaining.
- Add coleslaw mix and saute for a minute or two. Add salt and pepper to taste. Keep in mind we’re adding sauce sauce later.
- Once the coleslaw mix begins to soften a little, add the rest of the ingredients. Continue to cook for another 5 to 10 minutes. Add more salt & pepper if needed.
