These Maple Pecan Keto Waffles will definitely leave you feeling satisfied. These super simple low carb blender waffles are also gluten and sugar free. Chopped pecans are added to the batter to give you an amazing bit of texture in your crisp, golden gluten free waffle.

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 Tbs unsalted grass few butter, melted
  • 1/2 Tbs baking powder
  • 2 Tbs erythritol
  • 1 Tbs golden sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp maple extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • ChocZero Maple Pecan Syrup

  1. Start by preheating your waffle iron. If it has heat settings, select medium.
  2. Combine all the ingredients, minus the pecans, into your blender and blend for about a minute or two, until everything is evenly combined. Add in the pecans.
  3. At this point you can either pour the mixture into a bowl and dispense it into your waffle maker from there or you can leave the batter in the blender. I usually do the latter to avoid making any more dishes.
  4. You can keep the waffles warm in an oven heated to 200 degrees. Keep a towel over the waffles or they may dry out.
