Fresh green beans are combined with mushrooms, shallots and garlic and roasted to perfection. These green beans are guaranteed to please the pickiest eater.

Simple Roasted Green Beans

Instructions

  1. 1 lb Fresh Green Beans, washed, with stems clipped
  2. 4 oz Shiitake Mushroom, sliced
  3. 1 small Shallot, sliced
  4. 3-4 cloves Garlic, sliced
  5. 1 1/2 Tbs Oil, Olive, coconut, avocado
  6. 1/2 Tbs Fish sauce, or Worcestershire sauce
  7. salt & pepper to taste
  8. 1 tsp Herbes De Provence

Notes

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together and toss to combine. Be sure to coat the vegetables evenly with seasoning and oil.
  3. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, depending on your desired level of doneness.
